Hello all,
Fall has arrived in Maine. Cold weather is here & we must believe snow is on the way!
A few questions:
-How do we get PW for Zoom meeting?
-Will Treasurer’s Report & Budget be available?
– Will Past Due HOA dues numbers be shared?
– Have ALL property owners been notified of Annual meeting? Some not on FB and appears HOA may not have up to date email addresses for some.
– would it be helpful for questions to be presented to Officers prior to meeting so answers can be readily available.

Hello Helene. I am happy that you were able to join us for the annual business meeting, even though it was unusual because of the pandemic. The virtual meeting information was sent to HOA members and it was on the BRHOA website. The minutes and reports from the meeting will be posted on the website as soon as I receive them from the secretary of the meeting.
