Welcome to Bear Ridge!

Welcome to the web home of the Beautiful Bear Ridge Homeowner’s Association. I along with the other members of the BRHOA board, are eager to hear your thoughts on the new direction and efforts for our mountain. We have held several public board meetings and have had good attendance by board members at each of them. It is important for your voice to be heard and for your thoughts and opinions to contribute to the actions of the board.

Whether you purchased your land as an investment or for a mountain retreat, we want you to look forward to visiting the mountain and moreover, to look forward to visiting friends on the mountain. I can attest that Caroline and I have made spur-of-the-moment trips from Columbia when we found out that friends were up here. It’s very easy to leave the stress of work and the traffic of the flat-lands behind to enjoy time here.

Welcome friends; welcome to your mountain and thank you so much for playing a part in the direction we seek to move. We hope to see you on the mountain soon!
