Spring is on the way!

The next BRHOA Annual Business Meeting will be October 17, 2026 at the Community Shelter. Mark your calendar now and plan to attend!

Thank you for clearing the big logs of fallen trees. Roads are much better. The mountain is beginning to look beautiful again!

2025 Annual Business Meeting will be Saturday, October 18, at the Bear Ridge Community Shelter on Bear Springs Road.

All Property Owners are encouraged to attend this meeting! There is much to discuss.

2025 BRHOA Board Meetings will be held March 1, May 3, and July 26 at the Community Shelter. All property owners are invited to attend the meetings.

We lost a lot of trees on the mountain but most properties were spared major damage. Cleanup is underway by individual property owners.

Due to the flooding devastation to the Bakersville area the 2024 BRHOA business meeting has been cancelled. A new date will be posted as soon as it is available.

Summer is coming to a close and Fall will be here soon! Bear Ridge HOA annual business meeting is October 19, 2024 at 11:00 at the Community Shelter. Plan to join property owners for this year’s meeting!
