BIG NEWS for BRHOA

NEW lanterns added to the entrance gate posts! Great addition to the entrance. Cameras will be added in the near future for security purposes.

The new entrance gate has been installed! Remotes and guest codes to enter the property will be available upon request to all who are current on HOA dues. The gate will be officially active/live on Sunday, June 6. At that time remotes or guest codes will be required to access Bear Ridge property.
Check your email for communication from Henry Garbade about your current dues status.
